ICRI Moisture Testing

GBL Construction offers shot-blasting and planetary diamond grinding services. We utilize dustless HEPA vac systems to control dust and comply with new OSHA Silica regulations. Common uses of this service include removal of existing toppings, underlayment, adhesives, epoxies, and to prepare slabs for new flooring or underlayments.

Our ICRI Certified moisture testing technician is available to systematically test the slab to ensure proper installation of materials. If the average relative humidity of the slab fails the moisture test then moisture mitigation can be achieved with one of our two part epoxy systems.
