LEVELROCK

GBL Construction uses LevelRock for all gypsum underlayment prodcuts. LevelRock is a prodcut developed and manufactured by USG. LevelRock products are manufactured, sold and shipped from the manufacturer, USG.

LevelRock offers many different types of gypsum and portland based underleyments for just about any situation. Whether it be wood frame construction, concrete planking, corrugated steel decking, radiant heat, or concrete slabs, LevelRock offers a product to serve as the underlayment to your project.  

USG also offers systems for floor coverings that can be the finished floor. With these type of systems, GBL Construction can be your first, and last, flooring company that has to take up time and space on your jobsite.


LevelRock's PROFLOW underlayment has a rating of 6000-8000 psi and can be the finished floor, or covered with a flooring prodcut.

 

 

LevelRock CSD Early Exposure is an underlayment that can be used as the pured-in-place concrete for corrugated steel decking. Poured at a lower thickness, weight is saved over the entire structure. Furthermore, Early Exposure is made to be installed as early as 60 days prior to permanent windows and doors.
